research focuses on adapting distributed algorithms to large-scale,
heterogeneous, dynamic, and self-organizing environments, such as Grid, peer-to
peer systems, Cloud Computing or mobile networks. I have been interested in
scalability, fault-tolerance, self-organization, dynamics, load balancing, and
latency tolerance issues of distributed algorithms and systems.
My Phd. thesis works were in memory consistency models, distributed shared memory and logical clocks for heterogeneous or large-scale systems such as Grid or interconnection of workstation clusters.
